Weight Loss

Enjoyed a great early morning walk today. Ate a little and then went to the gym and did a little more cardio and some core training. 

I have not really done any real core training at all since I had my colon surgery 3-4 yrs ago. I am amazed (though I shouldn’t be) at how weak my core is. Basic stuff is tough right now. I am determined though, so not gonna let that discourage me. I know with consistent work, I will build my core back up!!!
