Day of Rest

Took a day of rest today for the first time in a week. Letting my body heal a bit. Ready to get back at it tomorrow morning for my walk. 

I am learning to do a better job of portion control for my meals. I am also trying to slow down when I eat. I’ve always had the problem of “wolfing down” my meals. It’s all a process of retraining my mind and changing my habits…
